Job Opening: Consultant – Donor & Grant Management (AFEF) Location: Kalina, Mumbai Shift: Regular with 2 days/week US shift overlap Experience: 7–10 years Employment Type: Consultant Hiring a Consultant to manage end-to-end donor and grant operations. This is a key liaison role between the US operations team and the India-based support team. Key Responsibilities Manage full grant lifecycle: proposal review, due diligence, agreement drafting, disbursements, and compliance Act as primary liaison for US-based operations (weekly calls in US time zones) Maintain trackers for contracts, receivables, and partner data Oversee documentation, reporting, and donor communications Support process audits, risk mitigation, and SOP updates Use tech platforms for documentation and partner onboarding What We’re Looking For 7–10 years' experience in grants/donor/project management Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields Strong project execution, stakeholder management, and compliance handling High ownership, responsiveness, and comfort working with global teams Excellent written and verbal communication Ideal for professionals returning from a sabbatical Work from Kalina office with flexibility for US shifts twice a week Interested?
