About the Opportunity Kritrima Prajna Innovations Pvt Ltd is transforming how students learn STEM, AI, and robotics through our platforms eduCOBOT and Innov8r . We are a revenue-generating EdTech company with a growing dev team and validated product. Our programs have already reached over 10,000 learners across India and East Africa through active deployments in schools. We're now entering a new phase: building a more scalable, intelligent, and AI-integrated platform to expand our impact and accelerate growth. To lead this evolution, we're seeking a senior technical co-founder (CTO) to own the architecture, guide the tech team, and help shape the future of our product and platform. Key Responsibilities Architect and build the next version of the eduCOBOT and Innov8r platforms Lead full-stack development (React.js/Next.js, Node.js, Python) Oversee integration of microcontroller-based systems (Arduino, ESP32, IoT) Manage cloud infrastructure (Firebase, Vercel, AWS) and optimize performance Design and embed agentic AI workflows (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain) Lead and mentor the engineering team as we scale Collaborate with the founder on product strategy, user experience, and roadmap Ideal Candidate 7–10+ years of experience in full-stack/platform development Deep expertise in building scalable, modular platforms Proven ability to lead technical teams and make architectural decisions Experience integrating hardware (Arduino, ESP32) with software platforms Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM-based or agentic AI systems Strong understanding of cloud services, APIs, and deployment workflows Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate full time What We’re Offering Significant co-founder equity and long-term ownership A revenue-generating company with 10,000+ learners already reached A leadership role to build and scale a platform with global potential Full ownership of technology roadmap and product architecture Transparent, impact-driven partnership A symbolic capital commitment is expected to reflect shared belief and long-term commitment
