This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with Office Beacon’s vision of being aglobal leader in BPO and offshore staffing solutions , ensuring that the India site remains compliant, competitive, and an exceptional workplace for all employees.Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Drive theend-to-end recruitment processfor all roles in India, partnering with department heads to ensure we attracttop-tier talentfor BPO, support, and specialized positions. Implement sourcing strategies aligned withOffice Beacon’s global recruitment standards Oversee seamless onboarding, ensuring every new hire receives an engaging“Day Zero to Day 30” inductionexperience that reflectsOffice Beacon culture and values . 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as thefirst point of contactfor employee relations, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges with confidentiality and professionalism. Develop and roll outOffice Beacon engagement initiatives(e.g., recognition programs, cultural events, wellness activities) toboost retention and morale . Serve as aculture champion , ensuring alignment withOffice Beacon’s valuesacross teams. 3. Performance Management & Development Manage theannual and mid-year appraisal cycles , integratingOffice Beacon’s performance scorecardsand KPIs. Partner with leadership todefine career growth pathwaysfor high-performing employees, identifying upskilling and cross-training opportunities. Coordinate withLearning & Developmentto deliver targeted training programs based on India site needs. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits management, and maintenance ofaccurate HR records . Ensurefull compliancewith Indian labor regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) and internalOffice Beacon HR policies . Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and legal advisors forstatutory filings and inspections . 5. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement Regularly review and updateOffice Beacon HR policiesto stay compliant with local laws and align with global guidelines. Recommend and implementprocess automation(e.g., ATS, HRIS, digital forms) to streamline HR operations. PrepareHR dashboards(attrition, headcount, engagement) forregional and global leadership reviews . 6. Strategic HR Support Partner withsite leadershipandglobal HR teamsto supportworkforce planning, succession management, and organizational restructuringinitiatives. Collaborate onglobal HR projectssuch as diversity & inclusion programs, wellness campaigns, and AI-powered HR solutions. Providebudget inputsfor HR initiatives, recruitment costs, and employee engagement programs.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 5–8 years of progressive HR experience , ideally in theBPO or offshore services industry . Strong understanding ofIndian labor laws and compliance requirements . Proven track record inrecruitment, employee relations, and HR operations . Excellentinterpersonal, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills . High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information withdiscretion and professionalism .
