Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business, technology, analytics, and AI, accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe.Job Description: McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Benefits Delivery (Benefits Specialist US) based in our India Global Business Services Office .You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of benefits programs, policies, and practices for the US Segment. You will ensure operational excellence in benefits administration, collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements, and provide accurate data to support audits. The candidate is expected to reside within India. Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Benefits Administration: Help with the administration of benefits programs and policies Support the monitoring of benefits activities and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure services meet organizational needs Assist in resolving issues with vendors and help improve processes and optimize benefits delivery Data Management and Compliance: Provide accurate data for audits and compliance reporting Maintain records of benefits-related activities Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations Process Improvement and Reporting: Support the analysis of benefits processes and recommend enhancements Assist in preparing reports on benefits program performance Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in roles related to benefits delivery Basic understanding of global leaders' needs and challenges Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge in total rewards, benefits delivery, and HR processes Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Willingness to learn new systems and processes Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to influence others and build a strong business case Continuous improvement mindset
