Grasim's Corporate Finance Division is seeking ambitious, analytical, and proactive CAs to join our Management Trainee Program . This program is designed to groom future finance leaders through a series of immersive, hands-on stints across key financial domains. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo three structured rotations , gaining exposure to exciting challenges across finance, audit, and accounts . This intensive one-year program will provide you with a holistic understanding of our financial operations and prepare you for a leadership role. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be offered a full-time role at any of the Grasim businesses based on your performance and the business requirements.
