Key Responsibilities: Undergo structured training across various operational functions. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operations. Analyze operational data and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain. Support implementation of operational strategies and performance metrics. Participate in on-site assessments and audits as required. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). MBA in Operations or related specialization (mandatory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
