FMCG CLIENT OF ALLY EXECUTIVE HR Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager Location: Noida (Candidates residing in or near Noida preferred) Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 3–4 years post Chartered Accountant qualification) Industry Preference: FMCG / Trading Experience in FEMA, IND AS, International Tax ( Singapore ) or UAE, UK, US will be plus, Intl compliances, managing intl banking Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS . Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings. Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors. Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations. Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Manage International Taxation , including Transfer Pricing, DTAA, and withholding tax compliance. Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and government filings. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide insights into business performance through MIS and financial analysis. Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and margin improvement. Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounts team. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience. Total work experience: 8–12 years in Finance & Accounting roles. Proven exposure to Ind AS, IFRS , and International Taxation . Industry experience in FMCG or Trading sectors is mandatory . Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Residing in Noida or nearby locations is preferred due to the office-based role. Preferred Attributes: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
