Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Visit pet shops, grooming salons, veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, pet cafes, and pet boarding facilities daily. • Pitch and promote Bones and Paws grooming product range (shampoos, oils, dry shampoos, pee lock, powders, etc.). • Demonstrate product benefits, leave samples, and follow up for conversion. • Generate orders and ensure timely payment collection (if applicable). • Build strong relationships with store managers, vets, and staff,groomers. • Collect feedback from retailers,groomers,customers and update management regularly. • Conduct competitor analysis observe what products competitors are selling, their pricing, packaging, and discounts; report insights regularly. • Identify new sales opportunities and report market trends. • Maintain daily visit records and sales data through reporting apps or WhatsApp/Excel and notebook. ⸻ Key Requirements: • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Comfortable with travelling locally and doing 8–10 visits per day. • Passion or interest in pets is a big advantage. • Basic knowledge of how to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel. • Self-driven and target-oriented. • 2-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance provided).
