About the Role:Ekaani is looking for a social media and content manager to lead creative storytelling and execute high-impact campaigns that define how luxury is seen, felt, and celebrated. This role requires a sharp aesthetic sense, strong cultural instinct, and the ability to translate luxury values into content that performs across digital and offline platforms.Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Content Production: Take ownership of creative vision—leading ideation, styling, and execution of luxury lifestyle shoots (video & static). Direct both model and product shoots, ensuring output aligns with Ekaani’s aspirational brand identity. Brand Storytelling Across Channels: Create and manage content narratives that work across Instagram, Meta Ads, in-store visuals, and website. Champion consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all touchpoints. Campaign & Event Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns around key moments like Diwali, weddings, and seasonal launches—merging cultural context with modern luxury appeal. Marketing Strategy & Calendar Ownership: Develop the annual marketing calendar, integrating festive cycles, product launches, and influencer timelines with a cohesive luxury communication strategy. Influencer & PR Collaborations: Identify and manage influencer and media partnerships to boost brand credibility and reach, especially during high-impact gifting and wedding campaigns. Product Launch Coordination: Co-lead seasonal launches, overseeing everything from creative collateral to on-ground activation and digital storytelling. Cross-Platform Campaign Ideation: Build multi-channel campaign frameworks that blend digital innovation with offline exclusivity. Market & Trend Research: Keep a close pulse on design, fashion, and content trends to bring new energy into campaigns and elevate brand relevance. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with our design, inventory, photography teams, and external social media agencies to ensure timelines and execution standards are met. Lead Generation via Instagram: Proactively identify and engage with architects, interior designers, and wedding planners on Instagram to generate potential business leads and collaborations.Experience and Skills:3–5 years experience in content, creative, or marketing roles within a luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyle brand. Proven eye for design, storytelling, and luxury aesthetics. Strong project management and shoot direction experience.
