About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alliances Manager to drive strategic partnerships and alliances with OEM’s (Aviation & Adjecencies). In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Aviation and adjacencies technologies space & OEM’s, especially to manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, identify growth, revenue and GTM opportunities, and align with Client business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of joint go-to-market strategies and contribute to the growth of our partner business portfolio.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alliance Development : Build and nurture relationships with OEM’s and key market partners to develop mutually beneficial business partnerships, driving joint solutions, revenue generation, and go-to-market strategies. Partner Engagement : Collaborate with OEM account teams, sales, solutions, and partner organisations to align partner objectives and Client goals and drive sales and revenue outcomes. Joint GTM Strategy : Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with OEM partners to drive sales, awareness, and market share growth. Relationship Management : Maintain a high level of engagement with all partners to ensure strong, long-term relationships and timely resolution of issues. Partner Enablement : Support onboarding, tiering progress, training, and certification programs to ensure our solutions work perfectly with the OEM solutions effectively. Business Development : Identify new opportunities for collaboration, including joint offerings, co-marketing, and joint sales strategies with OEM teams. Reporting & Metrics : Track and report on the effectiveness of alliance partnerships, measuring success against KPIs, revenue growth, and market penetration. Internal Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration of OEM solutions into the broader business strategy.Qualifications: Experience : 2-3 years of experience in partner or alliance management, business development, or sales within the cloud computing industry, preferably with a focus on AWS. Understanding of AWS : Solid knowledge of AWS products, services, and ecosystem (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.), with the ability to discuss technical concepts with both internal teams and partners. Relationship Management : Proven track record of building and managing relationships with cloud technology partners or vendors, ideally in an AWS ecosystem. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and address challenges. Self-Starter : Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Education : Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience working with OEM Partner Network . Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics tools. Background in technology or consulting sales.
