This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in an early-stage, high-impact environment.Lead Generation:Hunt and qualify mid-market leads (HR, CXOs), build pipeline via outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships. Sales & Pitches:Craft compelling pitches and demos tailored to client needs across mental health, edutainment, and wellbeing. Account Management:Own post-sale relationships, drive renewals, and ensure satisfaction by partnering with internal teams. Revenue & GTM:Own revenue targets, collaborate on pricing, bundling, and GTM strategies.
