You’ll work side-by-side with our strategists, producers, and senior designers to translate insights into scroll-stopping visuals.What You’ll Do Visual Storytelling:Develop on-brand assets—logos, style guides, infographics, social posts, posters, and pitch decks. Pitch Deck Magic:Turn complex ideas into polished slides under tight deadlines. Big brownie points if you’ve “nailed” decks in record time. Brand Identity:Craft typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and layouts that sing. Animation & 3D (Bonus):Create simple 2D/3D animations, GIFs, or mock-ups using After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. AI-Driven Design:Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva Magic, Bard, etc.) and craft precise prompts to accelerate ideation. Collaboration:Work closely with account teams to translate briefs into visuals; iterate rapidly based on feedback. Portfolio Building:Maintain a standout portfolio showcasing your best work and process.Must-Have Skills Adobe Creative Suite:Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Brand & Typography:Strong grasp of hierarchy, grids, kerning, and readability. Layout & Composition:Grid systems, color theory, and visual balance. Social & Print:Experience designing for both digital campaigns and print collateral. AI & Prompt Engineering:Proven familiarity with generative AI tools to boost creativity. Speed & Agility:Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure. Portfolio:A link to your online portfolio demonstrating range and craftsmanship.Nice-to-Haves 2D/3D animation or motion-graphics chops (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D). Experience designing pitch decks for startups or agencies. Basic video-editing skills.
