Company Description Knowledge Marine & engineering Works Limited (KMEW) is a listed entity in BSE and NSE. We own and operate 43 vessels and are into dredging and shipping business since 2015. We work in all Major Ports of India, Bahrain and Myanmar.We work mainly with Government Organizations. We submit atleast 5-6 bids in a month and require a motivated person who is familiar with Government tendering process and preparing bid documents and has a background in marine industry.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager located in Mumbai. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including the preparation, submission, process for EMD, PBG and Advance BG and monitoring of tenders. They will also be tasked with procurement and sales activities, and project management. Daily tasks include liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and optimizing tender documents for successful bids.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Government tendering. Experience in the marine and engineering industry is a plus Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills Procurement and Sales skills Project Management skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
