This position requires close collaboration with various departments to understand their needs and design effective solutions that enhance overall business performanceKey Responsibilities:Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Create and maintain reports to monitor performance and provide actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions. Deliver data-backed recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in analysis and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in a related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis and process optimization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with project management tools/Software. Working knowledge of SQL and database systems.
