Call and connect with potential customers/clients from the sourced leads. Clearly communicate and explain our services/products in fluent English over the phone. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Follow up regularly to nurture potential leads into opportunities. Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volumes. Requirements: Good English communication skills (spoken & written). Strong internet research ability to identify quality leads. Confidence to engage with new people over the phone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). A laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
