ResponsibilitiesExperience on Payments Switch like FIS IST (Preferred), ACI BASE24, BPC SmartVista, HPS PowerCard etc. Candidates with a development background on these systems are also welcome. Experience with testing on ATM and POS Machines. Experience with VISA, Mastercard, FIS OTS, FinSim simulators. Should have hands-on simulator testing experience. Experience in VISA, Mastercard, CUP, JCB Issuer certifications. Should have done min one end-to-end certification. Experience with any Card management System or Merchant Acquiring will be an advantage. Assist in leading the QA team, including mentoring and managing direct reports, andproviding updates to the manager. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes effective communication and continuous improvement. Contribute in end-to-end product QA across functional, automation, and performance testing streams. Proactively manage tasks, prioritizing and requesting resources when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Provide QA reporting, including test status, defect resolution, and prevention. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skill.Required Skills Experience on Payments Switch like FIS IST, ACI BASE24, BPC SmartVista, HPS PowerCard.
