The Role MoveUp Media is seeking a SEO Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic, remote-first team, to boost our domain authority and improve our link-building efforts across diverse international markets. If you’re an expert in securing high-quality backlinks, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for staying on top of the latest SEO trends, we want to hear from you! To be more specific your core responsibilities will include: Develop & execute outreach strategiesIdentify, target, and engage relevant blogs, influencers, and websites to secure valuable backlinks. Build & maintain relationshipsCraft personalised outreach messages and nurture long-term partnerships with key industry contacts. Create efficient processesSet up scalable systems for prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to maximize results. Track & optimize performanceUse analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) to monitor outreach metrics and refine strategies. Have a strong Communication & Negotiation SkillsAbility to write compelling outreach emails and secure partnerships. Have an Analytical MindsetComfortable reviewing data and refining tactics for better outreach performance. Are Organised & Detail-OrientedSkilled in setting up workflows and managing several campaigns simultaneously. Are Up-to-Date with SEO KnowledgeFamiliarity with industry best practices and search engine guidelines.
