Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions aligned with their event objectives. Take full ownership of projects from client interaction to execution ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain strong, professional relationships through timely follow-ups and communication. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing industry. Support the team during on-ground event activations when required.Requirements:Prior event handling experience is mandatory (college festivals, brand activations, exhibitions, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and good at building relationships. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
