This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, product design, and emerging AI-driven design workflows. You'll lead the design of web and mobile products while pushing creative boundaries using AI-enhanced techniques.Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design ● Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. ● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business and user goals. ● Conduct and apply user research, A/B testing, usability audits, and journey mapping. ● Ensure consistent visual language, accessibility, and design system adherence across products.Graphic & Visual Design ● Craft marketing visuals, branding assets, social creatives, and presentations with a strong aesthetic sense. ● Contribute to brand identity evolution, typography, iconography, and design system enhancements. ● Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver engaging visual storytelling.AI Tools & Design Automation ● Leverage AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Galileo, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate and enhance design workflows. ● Experiment with generative AI for concept creation, layout suggestions, and rapid iteration. ● Educate and guide junior designers on integrating AI into the design process for efficiency and innovation.Cross-functional Collaboration ● Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into polished design deliverables. ● Present and defend design decisions clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders. ● Contribute to agile sprint planning, design QA, and iterative feedback loops.Required Qualifications: ● 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design across web and mobile platforms. ● Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools. ● Experience designing responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces. ● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers (bonus). ● Demonstrated experience with AI-enhanced tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar) in production workflows.Preferred Skills: ● Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or data-heavy UI dashboards. ● Motion design and animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects). ● Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Ant Design, or custom libraries.Soft Skills: ● Strong visual storytelling and communication skills. ● Proactive and curious about emerging design trends and technologies. ● Ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior team members. ● Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with tight timelines.
