The Senior Designer will directly report to our Head of Design and be responsible for overseeing the design process, creating independent collections from scratch, creating innovative and trend-setting garment designs, collaborating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring product quality and brand consistency. Most importantly, the Senior Designer should be a good cultural fit for the company, understanding our way of working, brand values, and ethos.Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in a global export setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and design tools Knowledge in 3D CLO and Generative AI software highly preferred Experience in trend forecasting, textile design, and garment construction Strong understanding of color theory, fabric properties, and embellishments Ability to create and understand tech packs, patterns, and prototype samples Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and certifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
