This position is responsible for weekly inventory reconciliation for cardlock and dealer locations. The associate will be responsible for assisting in the monthly close process of our liquid inventory along with variance analysis and account reconciliations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze inventory location transactions for accuracy. Input and post receipt of bulk fuel purchases at the terminal. Order Verification - Verify that the delivery information is correctly loaded into the system. Coordinate with Transport & Purchasing to ensure any Bill of Ladings are processed correctly. Identify inventory area accruals needed and maintain monthly reconciliations Responsible for timely and accurate completion of inventory reconciliations for monthly closing responsibilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex problems and implement effective solutions. Intermediate Excel and MS Office tools required. Broad accounting experience, versatility, and ability to perform with limited supervision are required. Accounting degree with 1-3 years of experience
