We’re WOGO Fit® – a growing women’s activewear brand based in Bengaluru.We're looking for afreelance eCommerce Finance Analyst or Excel Expertwho can create acustom Profit & Loss (P&L) and Daily Expense Tracker Sheettailored for a D2C brand.You shouldunderstand how eCommerce and D2C businesses operate in India , especially with platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads, COD/prepaid split, shipping costs, refunds, and GST.Responsibilities:Create a Google Sheet (or Excel) that: Lets us input daily revenue, ad spends, product costs, refunds, and operational expenses Auto-calculates monthly summaries: gross margin, net profit, ROAS, AOV, unit economics Includes clean dashboards or charts for easy business insights Make the sheet simple, intuitive, and scalable Optional: help integrate with Shopify or Meta Ads exports (if feasible)✅ You’re a Good Fit If You:Have experience building finance tools for D2C or eCom brands Know how to work with ad spend reports, COGS, shipping, GST, and returns Are confident in Google Sheets/Excel (dashboards, formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Are organized, detail-oriented, and can communicate wellLocation:Preferably Bengaluru-based (but remote is OK if communication is clear) This is a freelance/contract role with possible ongoing workHow to Apply:Please apply with: A short intro about your background Sample sheets or projects you’ve built for eCommerce brands Your pricing or hourly/fixed rate Let’s make eCommerce finances simpler and sharper at WOGO Fit®.
