This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate aboutB2C sales ,EdTech , orchild-focused digital products .Key Responsibilities Engage promptly with inbound leads viaphone, WhatsApp, and email Understand customer needs andconvert interest into sales Recommend relevantproduct upgrades, bundles, and premium plans Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics usingCRM tools Ensure smoothonboardingand handle user concerns effectively Collaborate withmarketing and product teamsto provide feedback and user insightsRequired Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience inB2C inside sales(preferably in EdTech, digital subscriptions, or direct-to-consumer brands) Fluent inEnglish and Hindiwith excellent communication skills Consistent track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets Hands-on experience withCRM softwareandGoogle Sheets High sense of ownership, customer empathy, and aconsultative sales approach Comfortable workingon-sitein Mumbai,6 days/weekPreferred Experience Sales background inEdTech , parenting, or child development products Familiarity withoutbound dialer systems , lead management tools, or call center platforms Expertise inupsellingandcross-sellingusing proven sales techniques or frameworks
