Built on the back of robust ML technology and fuelled by terabytes of data processed every day, Swiggy offers a fast, seamless and reliable delivery experience for millions of customers across India.From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in 2014, to becoming India’s leading on-demand convenience platform today, our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers, but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees.Key Responsibilities:Scale the advertisement platform at Swiggy by working closely with Sales, Business, and Product teams.Drive the execution roadmap of the Ads business with the objective of making ad sales a key contributor to Swiggy’s revenue in the medium to long term.Manage end-to-end campaign operations to improve burn rate, optimize ROI/performance for ad partners, address demand-supply gaps at an area level, and lead automation of campaign operations through an analytical approach.Build a comprehensive ads program view of the seller ecosystem and lead GTM planning and execution to support Ads business scale-up.Define and build product and pricing strategies for ad revenue growth in both the short-term and long-term.Lead the inbound marketing program for Ads, using existing channels and identifying new methods of outreach to restaurant partners.Coordinate with Sales teams across all cities to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution.Liaise with Product and Merchandising teams to define SOPs and oversee execution.Define go-to-market strategies specific to each geography to unlock new sources of revenue.Qualification and Skills:Experience: Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets.Go-Getter Attitude: Strong self-motivation and resilience in pursuing opportunities.Accountability: Ability to own up end to end conversations with stakeholders, deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Team Leadership: Strong capability to inspire and guide a team toward success.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
