We need you to bring order-and automation - to the madness.What You'll Actually DoDesign and buildautomations across the stack: fast, clean, and future-proof Connect tools like Airtable, Notion, Webflow, Typeform, Google Calendar, , WhatsApp, Gmail, and Slack Build flows for: Mentor onboarding and scheduling Applicant tracking CRM-style comms + nudges Internal dashboards and pipelines Auto-email triggers + WhatsApp reminders Feedback collection and tagging Fix, refactor, or rebuild janky flows we hacked together under pressure Spot inefficiencies and pitch your own systems improvementsTools You Should KnowAutomation + Workflow Platforms: (primary) Zapier n8n Databases + Forms: Airtable (formulas, linked records, automations) Typeform / Tally Notion Scheduling + Calendars: Google Calendar API Outlook calendar support Messaging + Comms: Gmail API WhatsApp Cloud API Twilio / SendGrid / Mailers (basic familiarity) APIs & Logic: Reading API docs, auth tokens, webhooks JSON parsing Some JavaScript (or at least Google Apps Script-level scripting) Bonus Tools: Webflow CMS Retool or Softr Discord bots / Slack botsWho You AreYou don’t just automate tasks — you understand why they exist You’ve worked with founders before and know how to ask the right questions You’re allergic to bloat.
