We are already transforming procurement for major brands likeFairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton .About the Role We are looking for aData Engineer/ML Engineerwho is passionate about applying AI to real-world business problems. You will play a critical role in building and improvingmachine learning modelsthat optimize procurement processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve operational efficiencies. You will work closely withengineers, product managers, and business stakeholdersto design, develop, and deploy AI solutions at scale. This role is perfect for someone who iscurious, eager to learn, and excited to work with cutting-edge technologiesin a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What you will do Develop and implement machine learning modelsto optimize procurement processes, such asprice predictions, anomaly detection, and recommendations . Design and maintaindata pipelinesto preprocess and clean structured and unstructured data. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into our platform. Optimize model performance and contribute toML monitoring and retraining strategies . Stay up to date with the latest developments inmachine learning, AI, and data science . Assist in deploying models into production and improvingMLOps workflows .What you will need 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields . Proficiency inPythonand experience with ML frameworks likeScikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch . Experience working withSQL and NoSQL databases(e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Knowledge ofdata preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationtechniques. Basic experience withDocker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or MLOps toolsis a plus.
