The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science with8+ years of overall experience , including4+ years of hands-on expertise in AI/ML , and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions in real-world business settings. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world use cases Lead the development of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model performance tuning Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions using statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science tools/technologies Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML model development and deployment Strong expertise in Python and popular data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Experience in end-to-end model lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring Proven experience with real-world AI/ML applications such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics Good understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and reproducibility practices Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly) Note:Onlyimmediate joiners(or with less than 15 days' notice) will be considered for this position.
