Role Overview:Lead Clients in Loan Syndication and Financial Products. Lead clients for raising Capital, Buyout of Companies, Joint Ventures etc. Report on client acquisition for loan syndication to raise capital for own ventures. Assists with deal closing and loan servicing support for the bank’s portfolio of syndicated/participated bank facilities. Familiarity with syndicated loan structures, credit agreements, and loan documentation Leads direct communication with borrowers, participant banks and other external stakeholders Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions. Knowledge of market trends and industry developments in syndicated loans Support the syndication process and manage the loan closing process.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a relevant qualification Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Syndicate loan operations.
