Job Description

Note : Vacancies are currently available at the following locations Udaipur, Chandigarh, Srinagar, Lucknow, Agra, Dehradun, Mumbai, Vadodara, Pune and Kolhapur.Key Responsibilities: Promote molecular diagnostic products across assigned geographies. Engage prospective customers and build long-term client relationships. Identify and follow up on sales leads through various outreach channels. Provide regular updates and technical product information to customers. Ensure timely resolution of queries, customer complaints, and service needs. Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales calls, and market feedback. Collaborate with the Application and Product teams for launches, CMEs, and campaigns. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions when required. Support post-sale activities, including monitoring of product consumption and installation base.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field. MBA in Business Administration is desirable.Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in sales of molecular diagnostic products. Strong understanding of regional clinical labs and hospital networks.
