Role Summary:We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to drive brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for our organization.The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of BFSI products and consumer insights, with the ability to translate them into effective brand strategies that drive business impact.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen brand positioning across channels and customer segments. Integrated Campaign Management:Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives. Stakeholder Management:Liaise with internal teams (product, digital, sales, compliance) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to drive brand initiatives seamlessly. Content & Communication Development:Oversee the development of creative assets, content calendars, and customer communication in line with brand guidelines. Market & Consumer Insights:Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategy and campaign approaches. Budget Management:Plan, track, and optimize brand budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI on brand spends. Performance Tracking:Analyze campaign and brand performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for management.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the BFSI sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale brand and marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer behavior within financial products/services. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with creative and media agencies. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred.
