Together, we will redefine the future of food!We are also Great Place to Work Certified.ROLE OVERVIEW As Manager – Supply Chain Safety, Quality & Compliance (SQC), you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing food safety, human safety, quality, and compliance practices across the downstream supply chain, covering transportation (primary & secondary), distribution centers (DCs), and last-mile delivery partners. You will champion the implementation of best-in-class SOPs, develop audit frameworks, lead compliance adherence, and instill a safety-first and quality-conscious mindset across the extended supply chain.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Transport & Distribution Center Safety Implement zero-collision SOPs and monitor driver behavior via GPS and audits Run driver safety programs: defensive driving, vehicle checks, permit protocols Set safety SOPs at DCs for loading/unloading, stacking, and segregation Enforce PPE, 3-meter rule, emergency procedures, and labor law complianceProduct Quality & Food Safety Ensure FSSAI and internal compliance across all manufacturing partners Drive GMP/GHP practices, audits, and hygiene adherence Validate quality standards for production and NPD launches Maintain documentation: licenses, traceability, mock recalls, and auditsQuality in Transit & Storage Ensure product integrity from plant to delivery Audit packaging, vehicle hygiene, and storage conditions at DCs Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for quality issuesCompliance & Governance Ensure statutory compliance across transporters, DCs, and partners Own documentation, renewals, and third-party audit readiness Design and execute audit checklists; drive improvements from findingsPerformance & Culture Build and track DC and transporter scorecards with key SQC metrics Report monthly trends and improvement areas to leadership Promote a "Safety & Quality First" mindset through training and recognition programsWHAT YOU WILL BRING? Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Certification inFSSAI/Internal Auditor/EHSpreferred. 6–10 years of experience infood production quality ,logistics safety , orsupply chain complianceroles in the FMCG/Food sector. Hands-on experience withFSSAI regulations, GMP/GHP, DC and transport operations , and statutory compliance. Demonstrated capability in SOP deployment, audits, RCA/CAPA handling, and stakeholder training. Working knowledge ofERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint , and compliance monitoring tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigationWHAT WILL YOU GET?
