Position: Process Trainer (US Healthcare Voice process)Shift Timing: US ShiftsQualification: Any GraduateJob Summary:As a Learning Specialist on the Learning Services Team, you will be responsible for helping in developing, anddelivering New Hire Training & Cross-training sessions. You will work collaboratively with various departmentsto identify learning needs and create comprehensive training solutions that enhance the skills and knowledgeof our team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for continuouslearning and helping others succeed.Key Responsibilities:Training Development:● Help design and develop relevant and engaging training materials, and instructional guides.● Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, and teamexercises.Needs Assessment:● Conduct training needs assessments by collaborating with managers and employees.● Analyze and identify gaps in skills and knowledge, and propose methods to address these gaps.Program/Training Plan Implementation:● Deliver training programs, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.● Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.Evaluation and Improvement:● Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report onthem.● Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of training programs on team member’s performance.Communication and Collaboration:● Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.● Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.Technical Skills:● Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to organize, track and report training initiatives and coursecompletions.● Stay updated with the latest instructional technologies and tools.Skills:● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and practices.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Empathetic and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.● Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.● Passion for learning and continuous improvement.● Creative and innovative thinker.● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.● Working to Good knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office required.● Willingness to be flexible with working hours, and 6 days working as per Business/ProcessrequirementsTELUS Values:TELUS recognizes and embraces the importance of values in our ever-changing workplace.
