In this role, you will be responsible for creating customized treatment plans for aligner therapy, reviewing clinical records, and ensuring the best outcomes for patients undergoing orthodontic correction.Key Responsibilities: Analyze patient records including intraoral scans, photos, X-rays, and dental histories to assess case suitability for aligner treatment. Develop precise and clinically sound treatment plans using digital orthodontic software. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (dentists, lab technicians, and design teams) to review and finalize treatment setups. Provide clinical feedback and modifications for aligner staging and tooth movements. Ensure treatment plans meet quality, efficiency, and timeline standards. Handle escalations and provide expert opinion on complex or compromised cases. Participate in clinical review meetings, training programs, and case discussions.Qualifications & Skills: MDS in Orthodontics required Minimum3 years of clinical experiencein orthodontics, preferably with experience in aligner-based treatments. Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills. Familiarity with digital orthodontic tools and platforms (e.g., ClinCheck, Maestro, 3Shape). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills: Prior experience in aligner companies or digital dentistry platforms.
