Job DescriptionPosition: Executive – EngineeringPosition Reports to: Senior Manager / Manager – EngineeringDownline Reporting: Junior Executive & TechniciansDepartment: EngineeringLocation: Jigani, Bangalore IndiaJob Responsibilities:Reliable Electrical maintenance of Plant within Budgeted costSafety of your work environment including people & properties of the companyMeeting monthly/Daily /Shift wise production targets.Ensure the statutory requirements in the related processesTraining and inter departmental co-ordinationTo Plan and achieve Output to meet plant objectives. Lay down guidelines for Machine Operators and adhere to the same. Implement sound data documentation systems for further reference. Quality of Output is of prime importance and the ability to achieve better standards is the key.To plan for a safe work environment, provide safety equipment’s and train the manpower on safety related matters. Ensure proper housekeeping, practice GMP.Ensure and report the availability of the utilities within the target in the plant and their operation at the optimum cost.Attendance of workforce & allocation of job.Reporting in standard formats on job related matters.Maintaining good quality in all work-related matters.Training of workforce & motivation, team building.Co-ordination with Manufacturing, HRD, QA departments & warehouse.Plan & execute the PPM and documentation of Engineering activities as per QMS.Monitor & maintain the M/C downtime with budgeted limits.All preventive & post maintenance activities related to dipping, Compounding & Washing.Take appropriate proactive action at work to ensure compliance standards.Plan for spares to maintain adequate stocks.Maintain the Records as per the Quality Management System.Handling of Internal and External Audits.Aware the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.Awareness of ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820, ISO 14001 standard requirements.Ability to achieve respective Engineering KPIs or Quality KPIs as per the targets.This job description is subject to change by the Management to suit changing requirements from time to time.Maintain Safe & Healthy work environment including safety of people, assets & properties of the company.Should be aware of the EHS Policies & Procedures.Reporting of EHS activities /concerns /incidents /near miss and accidents.Comply with and monitor work practices according to Lifestyles values and Ethical Business Conduct Policy.Ensure no injuries at workplace.About the CompanyLifeStyles has a history dating back to 1905 when Eric Ansell first started making condoms in Richmond Australia.Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercialises its products either under leading global non-latex condom brands SKYN® under its local heroes such as LifeStyles®, Manix®, Unimil®, and Blowtex® and Control®.Outside of branded products, the Company also supports universities, NGOs, and other organizations as part of a broader effort to promote sexual health and prevent the spread of STDs and STIs.
