We are looking for skilled freelance interior designers to expand our network and help us connect with clients, builders, architects, and interior designers, ultimately building a seamless end-to-end design experience.Role Summary: As a Freelance Interior Designer, you will leverage your industry connections and expertise to source potential clients, coordinate with builders, architects, and designers, and oversee the full design and build process. Your role will be to create stunning, functional spaces while working closely with clients and industry professionals, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities: Client Sourcing & Acquisition:Use various channels (e.g., social media, professional networks) to identify and attract new clients interested in interior design and build services. Project Coordination:Work with architects, builders, and other interior designers to coordinate the full design-to-execution journey, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications. Design & Build Expertise:Create and present design concepts, develop modular furniture solutions, and handle turnkey projects from inception through completion. Vendor & Workshop Coordination:Liaise with workshops, manage custom furniture requests, and ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Market & Builder Outreach:Identify potential clients through builder and developer leads, particularly targeting property owners and investors interested in furnishing for personal use or rentals. Costing & Volume Management:Develop budget-friendly yet stylish design plans, optimizing for both aesthetics and functionality within the client’s budget.Requirements: Proven experience in interior design, especially in modular furniture, custom interiors, or turnkey projects. Strong client network, with a history of working with architects, builders, or designers. Experience in social media marketing and online client acquisition preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
