Job Description

We are multicultural flexible team of Salesforce professionals who works with the platform for over ten years with focus on adoption of latest technologies and trends in the Salesforce universe. We have adopted continuous development process and utilizing tools like data repository (BitBucket), Ant, Informatica, JIRA and many others. We are looking for a strong candidate who adopt all the latest Salesforce trends and have experience with Click, Not Code approach. Your role will be to cover the system configuration, implement the new complex features and participate on the upcoming projects. We expect you to cover both user support and change management. Skill requirements: Strong knowledge of configuration and customization of . Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape. Being able to construct complex flows and understand all it’s aspects. Knowledge of migration from Business process builder to Flows. Being able to work independently and share knowledge with other team members. Deep knowledge of Approval processes, Workflows, Process Builder, Reports and other core SFDC functionality is a must. Knowledge of the APEX development and Lightning Web Components is an advantage but not required. Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the platform Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance. Deep analytics skills with ability to quickly find a root cause for given issues. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. Knowledge of JIRA or Service Now is an advantage.
