The nurse will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient journeys, upholding high standards of care, and contributing to the overall wellness-focused approach of our practice. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care as per surgical protocols Provide pre-operative and post-operative support to patients, ensuring clear communication and emotional support Maintain accurate medical records and update patient charts in real time Assist doctors during minor procedures, dressings, or diagnostic evaluations Educate patients and caregivers on discharge instructions and follow-up care Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Handle patient admissions, discharges, and ensure proper coordination with front desk and lab teams QualificationsDiploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (Freshers with strong commitment may also apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver empathetic care Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required Why Join Us?
