Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS) technologies particularly IBM Sterling and omni-channel from online to offline experiences. Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques including C#, Postman and Rest sharp Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, JUnit, TestNG). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills: Proficiency in OMS technologies such as IBM Sterling. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (eg., Selenium, NUnit, JUnit). Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI)Soft Skills: Communication:Clearly articulating testing processes, results, and issues to stakeholders. Collaboration:Working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability. Adaptability:Being flexible and open to changes in a dynamic, agile environment. Proven track record of collaborating cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects. Experience in analyzing and mapping customer journeys, and familiarity with digital marketing tools. SHOW YOU CARE.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for OMS technologies, particularly IBM Sterling. Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide detailed reports on testing activities, including test results, defect status, and quality metrics. Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment.
