Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced4D BIM Project Coordinatorwith strongRevit expertise , advanced knowledge ofSynchro 4D , and hands-on experience inclash detection ,project scheduling , anddigital reporting . The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with team leadership, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary projects across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage high-quality3D BIM models(Revit) across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Create, manage, and deliver detailed4D simulationsinSynchroand/orFuzor , aligning with real construction schedules. Performclash detectionand oversee resolution to ensure smooth project execution. Integrate and track project schedules inMicrosoft Projectand/orPrimavera , linked to BIM data. Develop and publish dynamic dashboards usingPower BIto present project insights and KPIs. Lead, train, and mentor BIM teams; allocate tasks to deliver quality outputs on time. Coordinate project workflows, document control, and deliverables throughAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360 . Serve as the key point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive communication. Monitor project status, resource allocation, and revenue tracking to achieve project and business goals. Support technical innovation by developingDynamo scriptsand optimizing digital processes. Produce clear, engaging 4D visuals and videos; post-production skills in tools likeAdobe Premiere Proare a plus.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inCivil EngineeringorArchitecture WithPG Diploma from NICMAR, Around4+ years of experiencein BIM and 4D simulation. Strong expertise inRevit ,Synchro ,Navisworks , andACC / BIM 360 . Solid understanding ofclash detection ,construction sequencing , and multi-disciplinary coordination. Proficiency inMS Projectand/orPrimaverafor project scheduling. Experience creating interactive dashboards inPower BI . Excellent English communication skills and confidence inclient-facingroles. Experience managing teams and coordinating with international project teams. Added advantage:Dynamo scripting , knowledge ofFuzor ,Civil 3D ,Infraworks , and video editing tools.
