Our systems are used to manage workflows, audits, research approvals, data security, compliance, and more—helping institutions reduce risk, increase transparency, and advance human well-being.Our product line includes dynamic form engines, workflow automation, rules engines, analytics, AI/ML integrations, and user-centric digital tools for a global customer base.Job Summary:As a UX Designer, you will translate complex regulatory and research workflows into usable, elegant, and accessible user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, SMEs, and fellow designers to deliver intuitive experiences that empower users and improve outcomes across critical domains like public health, clinical research, and data compliance.Responsibilities:Conduct user research and discovery: Work with internal teams and user groups to understand goals, pain points, and regulatory constraints. Synthesize findings into personas, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.Define information architecture and interaction models Organize and structure application components to reflect how users think and work. Build task flows and wireframes that reduce complexity and enhance usability.Design low- to mid-fidelity prototypes Use wireframes and user journey maps to test navigation, screen layout, and flow across desktop and mobile form factors.Collaborate in cross-functional teams Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to refine features, clarify use cases, and ensure the user voice is represented through development.Participate in usability testing and iteration Help test new features, identify UX friction, and refine designs based on real user feedback and data.Why Join Us:You’ll help build digital products that support regulatory transparency, protect human subjects in research, and accelerate the responsible development of science and medicine.
