Role: UIUX Designer - BA Experience: 4 Years Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Mandatory: UIUX, BA, Figma, working with BA Flexible.JD: UI Design: A strong portfolio featuring design work for enterprise and B2B, that showcases visual design for mobile or desktop applications, infographics, iconography or other visual design work, and the ability to show in your portfolio how it lead to positive business outcomes; Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator), etc.; Ability to visually design user interfaces for complex business applications, including branding and design best practices for mobile and desktop applications. Ability to translate a client’s brand into user interfaces, following UX design best practices for mobile and desktop applications. Ability to understand and follow visual design documentation, including design systems, and leverage it into our prototypes for clients and stakeholders. A high attention to design detail is critical; An understanding of modern BI tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau) and low code applications (eg. Power Apps, SFDC), as well as UI Frameworks is highly desirable. Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience design teams is a plus.
