Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Embryologistto join our fertility clinic. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in embryology with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IVF labs, including advanced techniques such asembryo biopsy, ICSI, vitrification , andblastocyst culture . The candidate will play a key role in ensuring laboratory excellence, patient satisfaction, and successful clinical outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Perform all core embryology procedures including: ◦ Oocyte retrieval handling and assessment ◦ Sperm preparation and analysis ◦ Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) ◦ In vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo culture ◦ Vitrification and thawing of embryos and oocytes ◦ Blastocyst culture and transfer • Independently performtrophectoderm and cleavage-stage biopsiesfor PGT-A/PGT-M • Ensure strict compliance with laboratory protocols, quality control, and ethical standards • Collaborate with clinicians and nursing staff to coordinate treatment plans and timelines • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and patient documentation • Participate in troubleshooting, audits, and improvements of lab procedures • Mentor and supervise junior embryologists and trainees • Stay updated with the latest advancements in assisted reproductive technologies (ART)Qualifications and Skills: • Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field • Minimum5 years of experiencein a busy IVF lab with demonstrable expertise in embryo biopsy • Proficient in ICSI, vitrification, blastocyst culture, and embryo transfer preparation • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and decision-making ability • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Familiarity with ART regulations and documentation standards
