Job Title: Product Manager – AI/Healthcare Platform Location: Remote / Hyderabad (Flexible) Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred Role Overview:We are seeking an experiencedProduct Managerto lead the development and delivery of a cutting-edge AI-driven healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inhealthtechandAI/ML product ecosystems , with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and translate complex clinical and technical concepts into user-centric solutions. You will own the product roadmap, coordinate execution across engineering and data science teams, and ensure successful stakeholder alignment and market readiness. Key Responsibilities:Own and drive theproduct strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritizationfor AI/LLM-powered healthcare solutions. Work closely with clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to definehigh-impact use casesand product requirements. Translate user needs into detaileduser stories, product specs, wireframes , andacceptance criteria . Collaborate with teams acrossLLM/RAG pipelines, vector DBs , anddeployment infrastructure(AWS, Hugging Face, Lambda Labs) to ensure timely and quality delivery. Leadsprint planning, product demos, retrospectives , andrelease cyclesin Agile environments. Define and trackKPIs, success metrics , anduser feedback loopsto guide product decisions. Ensure alignment withHIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards . Partner with SMEs and clinical advisors to validate solutions with authoritative sources (e.g., CDC, WHO, PubMed, NICE). Maintain up-to-date documentation inJIRA, Confluence, Notion , andMiro . Skills & Qualifications:6–10 years ofproduct management experience , preferably inhealthtech ,AI/ML , orenterprise SaaSplatforms. Strong understanding ofGenerative AI ,LLMs(e.g., GPT, LLaMA), andRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)workflows. Proven track record of managingAI product lifecycles , from concept to delivery. Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and tools (AWS EC2/S3, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Familiarity withagile methodologies , team collaboration tools, and stakeholder reporting. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to work across engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and SME teams to execute a unified product vision. Preferred (Not Mandatory):Exposure toHIPAA-compliantproduct development. Experience withLLM performance evaluation ,prompt engineering , andmodel fine-tuning .
