The D2C Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing projects, coordinating with sales teams, and using growth hacking techniques to achieve targets. The role also involves communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders and ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met. This role involves to build the business from scratch with focus on Revenue & ProfitQualifications 4years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups. Proven track record of scaling D2C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce store Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar tools Understanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystem Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
