Position: Assistant Manager – Purchase & Stores Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from SwedenLocation: 5-star Luxury Hotel, Kakinada, Andhra PradeshSalary: ₹2.40 – ₹3.60 lacs p.a.Experience: 5+ years in procurement & stores management in the hotel industryKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessInventory & Stores Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee storage conditions, and prevent shortages or overstockingCost Control & Budgeting: Implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring high-quality procurementCompliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain accurate records, and manage purchase ordersQuality Assurance: Verify product quality and standards before acceptanceMarket Research: Stay updated on market trends and identify new supplier opportunitiesDepartmental Coordination: Work closely with F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and other teams to meet operational needsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree/ diploma in supply chain, procurement, business administration or hotel managementExperience in hotel purchasing, stores management, and vendor negotiations essentialStrong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficiency in procurement & inventory management softwareApply with resume and details of last drawn and expected salary to: hr.kakinada@
