We're Hiring: Mechatronics Engineer – Full-Time Location:Hyderabad (On-Site Only) |Immediate Joiners Preferred AtGenXReality , we're building India’s most affordable, high-performance VR headset — and we need a hands-onMechatronics Engineerwho can bring togethermechanical, electronics, and software systemsinto one seamless product. Role OverviewAs aMechatronics Engineer , you will lead the integration of all physical components in our VR headset — from actuator mechanisms to sensors and embedded logic — ensuringperfect alignment between hardware functionality and user experience . ️ResponsibilitiesIntegratemechanical structures ,electronic circuits , andembedded softwareinto one unified system Design and prototype head tracking modules, sensor assemblies, and electromechanical enclosures Work on precise actuator control, motor tuning, and haptic systems Collaborate with PCB, software, and product design teams for seamless cross-domain functionality Test and validate complete subsystems including power, motion, and control flows Optimize the headset’s form factor, alignment, durability, and thermal management Document system architecture, integration guides, and testing protocols ✅What We're Looking For2+ years of experience working inmechatronics or robotics systems Proven ability to integrate mechanical, electronics, and embedded softwaresystems Experience with sensors (IMU, proximity), actuators, drivers, and microcontrollers (STM32, Arduino, or similar) Proficient in CAD tools (Fusion 360/SolidWorks) and basic PCB or breadboard-level electronics Working knowledge of C/C++ or Python for embedded device control (Bonus) Experience building wearables, VR/AR hardware, or compact motion systems Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, ECE, or related field Position DetailsRole Type:Full-Time (On-Site) Location:Chengicherla, Hyderabad Relocation Support:PG assistance + travel reimbursement for out-of-state hires Working Hours:9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
