Job Title

The ideal candidate for the position will have the following qualifications:A bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited university. 3+ years of experience as a project engineer handling ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) preferably Building Automation System projects using Tridium Niagara Controllers / Software.As the responsible project engineer, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:Review and redesign the system architecture, including the shop floor design of the project, and prepare it for submission to the client/consultant for approval. Validate the technical solutions proposed for the project. Perform project pre-commissioning (engineering and Factory Acceptance Testing - FAT) and commissioning (Site Acceptance Testing - SAT) activities. Prepare as-built details and submit them for client's approval. Ensure the project's proposed system delivery aligns with the agreed scope and company policies. Provide timely technical solutions to problems and assist with operations and maintenance support. Handle defect liability and troubleshooting on existing project sites. Attend customer meetings, respond to client communications, and work closely with the team to implement project execution procedures. Conduct weekly meetings with client management to focus on improvements and analyze project delivery. Assist with on-site management to ensure project success. Ensure the project plan is progressing to meet anticipated deadlines.Skills required: Knowledge of the instrumentation and control systems. Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, building automation systems and other building subsystems. Understanding of Modbus, BacNet, LON. DALI and other similar protocols. Understanding of advanced computer skills required, particularly AutoCAD, Visio etc. The candidate should be willing to travel Working experience with Tridium Controllers / Niagara Softwares
