Location: Mumbai CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Experience: 4–8 Years Preference: Experience in Large Format Retail (department stores, multi-brand outlets) ✨ What You’ll Do: Create and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity Plan and implement seasonal & promotional displays across multiple store formats Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and store teams to ensure cohesive execution Travel to retail locations to ensure brand consistency and provide visual direction Track and report on VM effectiveness to drive footfall and conversions What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in large format fashion or lifestyle retail Strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and spatial planning skills Ability to manage multiple locations and deliver results under tight deadlines Proficient in visual design tools and VM guidelines A team player with excellent communication & coordination skills Interested?
