Industry:Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate / EPC Experience Required:2–5 years Employment Type:Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage resources efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely and efficient progress of work. Interpret construction drawings and specifications; ensure execution as per approved designs. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on-site. Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain daily reports, material records, and progress logs. Conduct site surveys, level checks, and ensure layout accuracy using instruments such as total stations, auto levels, etc. Assist in estimating material requirements and resource planning. Handle site inspections with consultants, clients, and government authorities. Identify and resolve any technical issues or site constraints promptly. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 2–5 years of experience in site execution and supervision (adjust based on need). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Familiarity with IS codes and relevant Indian construction standards. Preferred Experience:Experience in [e.g., residential buildings / highways / industrial projects / water supply projects]. Knowledge of local construction regulations and environmental guidelines. Hands-on experience with quality checks and audits.
