Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Therapist based in Pune. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with communication challenges and dysphagia.Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treating Communication Disorders Understanding and experience with Dysphagia and related treatments Knowledge of Language Disorders and effective intervention strategies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist Clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
